As an Eagle Scout, mother, father and avid outdoorsmen, we strive to protect and conserve natural resources through waste reduction and other sustainable business practices

We aim to employ and empower local and emerging talent to ensure that fair wages and ample opportunities are available across our communities

We recognize that our communities and business are built on ancestral lands. We pay homage to the plight of our Indigenous neighbors through profit sharing with the Association on American Indian Affairs
